This month’s photo was one I pulled out of Drew’s photo shoot. This is one of him and his sister who despite being sick came along to help out on the day of his shoot. She made it about half way through the session before she had to go back to the car and lay down. Hopefully the flu is done with everyone. Many of our clients had their fair share of it as did our family.

January 9, 2008Choosing this month’s photo was so hard. It seems as though each month picking just one image gets more and more difficult. There are so many great ones to choose from. I narrowed this one down to two images and after much deliberation here is our January shot. This was a shot from Sarah & David’s wedding and this was taken during their first dance together. Such a great shot of the two of them.

December 9, 2007I knew when I first saw this shot that it was going to be one of the shots that was in the running for Photo of the Month. When going back through the library of our work for the previous month Michelle and I both pointed at this one and we knew it was the one. It is a shot from Annie & Tung’s wedding and is a vintage BMW Isetta that Tung got as their get-away car. Probably one of the most unique and creative ideas for a wedding reception get-away vehicle that I’ve seen.

November 9, 2007This month’s shot was one that turned out to be just plain funny. While shooting Kari & Rodney’s engagements at the old McKinney Cotton Mill I asked the two of them to look out this old foggy window. What I failed to mention was that they both needed to look at the same thing. In doing so we ended up with this neat shot. The two of them were definitely looking out the window but, they were definitely looking at different things. Makes for a good “Note to Self”.
